It will be recalled that in November last year, the pope said he would build showers in public restrooms off Bemini's Colonnade in St Peter's Square for the homeless to take their showers. This is expected to be opened in February.
The barber shop is expected to operate only on mondays and many professional barbers have volunteered to do the barbing.
